Management information depends on accurate records. Payments are taken separately; BizGem does not process them or submit tax filings.

A local workspace. A clear scope.
Version 1.0 is in release preparation. Owner workflow, clean-PC, printer and voice acceptance remain open. Registering interest does not place an order or take payment.
Assistance
Local AI is included for record lookups, page navigation and reviewed new-record forms. Job operations remain available on the job detail screen. Native AI and voice acceptance checks are part of release preparation.
Backup and recovery
Local daily snapshots with 14 backup days, manual backup and validated restore with a safety copy. Customer databases start empty.
Local records and backups are not encrypted. Protect your Windows account and keep a backup on separate storage.
Current boundaries
Sales are not open. One Windows PC, EUR records and one assigned employee per visit. No online booking, route optimisation, automatic customer messaging, card processing, statutory payroll, certified fiscal receipts or device sync. Reports depend on the records you enter.

Can I buy BizGem Repair Services now?
Sales are not open. Register your interest for one email when this app is available to buy. This does not place an order, reserve a licence or take a payment.
What is the planned price?
Planned standard price: €250 once per app. Confirm your interest before your selected app launches to get €100 off: €150 one-time at launch. Existing confirmed registrations qualify too. No payment today.
Does the app work offline?
Activate once online, then work offline without a reconnect deadline. Your business records stay on your PC. Refunded licences are disabled when the app next checks online; viewing, export and backup remain available.
Does it work on phones or several computers?
This version targets Windows 10/11 x64 on a single computer. Mobile releases and multi-computer synchronisation are not included.
What happens when I leave my email?
When signup is enabled, we send an email asking you to confirm interest in your selected app. Once confirmed, you will receive one availability notification for that app. You can unsubscribe before it is sent. See our privacy information.
