Management information depends on accurate records. Payments are taken separately; BizGem does not process them or submit tax filings.

Gift Shop 2.0 is packaged with licensing. Owner walkthroughs, physical voice and clean second-PC checks remain open. Registering interest does not place an order or take payment.

Assistance

Optional bundled AI runs locally. It searches supported retail records and prepares actions for review. Choose ambiguous records, edit the form and confirm changes. Manual forms remain available.

Backup and recovery

Automatic local snapshots, manual backup, validated restore and startup recovery. Existing Gift Shop 1.0 records migrate with a safety copy.

Local records and backups are not encrypted. Protect your Windows account and keep a backup on separate storage.

Activation and offline use

Initial licence activation needs an internet connection. After activation, you can work offline for up to 7 days; reconnect within 7 days to renew the licence check. Business records stay on your PC. If the licence expires or is revoked, viewing, export and backup remain available, while changes are disabled.

Current boundaries

Windows app · licensed release pending, not ready for customer sale. No card processing, invoices or receipts, tax calculation, supplier ordering, vouchers, mobile release or device sync. Safe sale corrections, restore, installer/update work and owner review remain to be completed.

Can I buy BizGem Gift Shop now?

Sales are not open. Register your interest for one email when this app is available to buy. This does not place an order, reserve a licence or take a payment.

What is the planned price?

€150 once per product is the planned price. Final terms and what is included will be confirmed before purchase becomes available.

Does the app work offline?

Does it work on phones or several computers?

This version targets Windows 10/11 x64 on a single computer. Mobile releases and multi-computer synchronisation are not included.

What happens when I leave my email?

When signup is enabled, we send an email asking you to confirm interest in your selected app. Once confirmed, you will receive one availability notification for that app. You can unsubscribe before it is sent. See our privacy information.

Can I track gift wrapping, pickup reservations and returns?

Yes. Gift Shop 2.0 includes multi-item sales, wrapping charges, pickup reservations and recorded deposits. Customer returns include a sellable-restock choice; refunds are recorded separately.

Can I receive supplier stock and manage customer loyalty?

Yes. Record supplier deliveries and stock movements, keep customer accounts, and record loyalty points. Electronic supplier ordering and gift vouchers are not included. The licensed release is pending.
