Management information depends on accurate records. Payments are taken separately; BizGem does not process them or submit tax filings.

The Windows build is in release preparation. Bakery-owner workflows, physical printing and clean second-PC checks still need field validation.

Assistance

Optional bundled AI works locally. It can search supported records and prepare app actions for your review. Ambiguous records need selection and changes require confirmation. Use the manual forms whenever a request is not understood.

Backup and recovery

Automatic local snapshots, manual backup, validated restore and recovery support. Bakery 1.0 records migrate with a safety copy.

Local records and backups are not encrypted. Protect your Windows account and keep a backup on separate storage.

Activation and offline use

Initial licence activation needs an internet connection. After activation, you can work offline for up to 7 days; reconnect within 7 days to renew the licence check. Business records stay on your PC. If the licence expires or is revoked, viewing, export and backup remain available, while changes are disabled.

Current boundaries

No online ordering, automatic customer messages, mobile release or multi-PC sync. Payments are recorded, not processed. Reports are management records, not certified fiscal invoices or tax filing. Recipe allergens, label content and food-safety procedures remain the bakery’s responsibility.

Can I buy BizGem Bakery now?

Sales are not open. Register your interest for one email when this app is available to buy. This does not place an order, reserve a licence or take a payment.

What is the planned price?

€150 once per product is the planned price. Final terms and what is included will be confirmed before purchase becomes available.

Does the app work offline?

Does it work on phones or several computers?

This version targets Windows 10/11 x64 on a single computer. Mobile releases and multi-computer synchronisation are not included.

What happens when I leave my email?

When signup is enabled, we send an email asking you to confirm interest in your selected app. Once confirmed, you will receive one availability notification for that app. You can unsubscribe before it is sent. See our privacy information.

Can I scale recipes and plan bakery production?

Yes. Enter recipe yields and ingredients, scale a batch, review demand and ingredient shortages, and record the actual output. Ingredient and finished-goods lots support stock and expiry records.

Can I track cake deposits and wholesale balances?

Yes. Bakery orders support deposits, partial payments and recorded refunds. Customer history and wholesale credit records help you review outstanding balances. Card payments and online orders are handled separately.
