Management information depends on accurate records. Payments are taken separately; BizGem does not process them or submit tax filings.

A local workspace. A clear scope.

A Windows client and installer have been built and locally checked. Salon-owner feedback, physical voice use and clean second-PC validation remain open.

Assistance

The bundled assistant and dictation models run locally. Review the selected client, product and values before confirming. Manual forms retain their Save step; ambiguous records require a choice.

Backup and recovery

Automatic startup and periodic snapshots retain 14 backup days. Manual backup and validated restore include photos and preserve a safety copy.

Local records and backups are not encrypted. Protect your Windows account and keep a backup on separate storage.

Activation and offline use

Initial licence activation needs an internet connection. After activation, you can work offline for up to 7 days; reconnect within 7 days to renew the licence check. Business records stay on your PC. If the licence expires or is revoked, viewing, export and backup remain available, while changes are disabled.

Current boundaries

No online booking, automatic message delivery, mobile release or multi-PC sync. Payments are recorded separately from card processing. Visit summaries are not fiscal receipts or tax invoices. Salary records do not calculate statutory payroll obligations.

Can I buy BizGem Salon now?

Sales are not open. Register your interest for one email when this app is available to buy. This does not place an order, reserve a licence or take a payment.

What is the planned price?

€150 once per product is the planned price. Final terms and what is included will be confirmed before purchase becomes available.

Does the app work offline?

Does it work on phones or several computers?

This version targets Windows 10/11 x64 on a single computer. Mobile releases and multi-computer synchronisation are not included.

What happens when I leave my email?

When signup is enabled, we send an email asking you to confirm interest in your selected app. Once confirmed, you will receive one availability notification for that app. You can unsubscribe before it is sent. See our privacy information.

Can I keep client colour formulas and appointment history?

Yes. Store client preferences, hairstyle photos, colour formulas and material quantities alongside visit history. Use them when preparing repeat appointments.

Does salon scheduling include online booking or reminders?

The Windows calendar supports day and week planning, staff availability and overlap checks. Online booking and automatic reminder delivery are not included.
