Your app interest
When signup is enabled, we collect your email address, selected app, signup and confirmation times, consent version and notification status. We use these details with your consent to confirm your email and send one availability notification for that app. We do not add you to a general newsletter. You can register separately for more than one app.
We count confirmed interest by app to understand demand. These counts are not purchases or commitments. We do not sell the email list. Marketplace searches and filters run in your browser and are not sent to us.
App activation
License activation and renewal send the selected app, license key and a randomly generated installation identifier to our licensing service on Cloudflare. They do not send your business records, customer database or AI conversations. We retain license status and administration history to provide access and handle refunds; the app stores its key and signed access period locally. Network information is processed for security.
Choice and retention
Confirm using the email link and its confirmation button. Unconfirmed requests expire after 48 hours; daily cleanup removes expired entries. Confirmed entries are retained for up to 12 months from confirmation, unless you remove them earlier. Every email includes a removal link. Opening that link presents an unsubscribe button; pressing it removes the entry for that app. Contact us to request access, correction, removal or other applicable privacy rights. Withdrawing consent stops future availability emails for that app and does not affect processing already carried out. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority.
Service providers and security
The live service uses Cloudflare for hosting, database storage and Turnstile abuse prevention, and Resend for email delivery. These providers process the details needed to operate those services and may process data outside Serbia or your country, including the United States. Provider processing and safeguards are described in Cloudflare's privacy notice and Resend's privacy notice. Provider delivery/security logs and backup copies have their own retention periods; removal from our active list does not instantly erase those copies.
We use necessary security checks and short-lived rate-limit counters to prevent spam and protect the service. Our application stores a keyed hash for the rate-limit identifier rather than the raw IP address; Cloudflare necessarily receives network information when serving and protecting requests. We do not place email addresses in analytics. If you contact support by email, we use your message to answer your enquiry.
If signup is unavailable, the form explains this and does not claim that your email was saved. This notice will be updated if providers or purposes change.
Affiliate accounts and referrals
We use your submitted name, email and public channel details to assess your application, provide partner access and manage your agreement. Approved accounts use a one-use email sign-in link valid for 15 minutes and a necessary secure session cookie lasting up to seven days. Sign out to invalidate your session. These cookies are required only for the affiliate dashboard.
We associate a referral code with a newly submitted interest when a visitor follows an affiliate link during that visit. We do not use a persistent referral cookie. Affiliates see aggregate confirmed lead counts, never subscribers’ email addresses. Affiliate accounts, review licenses and approval history are retained while the partnership is active and as needed to resolve disputes or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or closure. Earnings and payments are not tracked until purchase processing is connected; we will update these details before then.
Apps and future purchases
Each BizGem app is separate software tailored to its business type. The planned price is €150 once per app; purchases are not enabled. Interest signup is free and does not guarantee a release date, reserve a licence or create an obligation to buy.
Bakery, Salon and Auto Repair have Windows client builds; Gift Shop has been expanded and its licensed client release is being verified. Each product page describes its current scope. Illustrative website graphics are not screenshots or proof of a feature. Supported client releases target Windows 10/11 x64, one PC and local records. AI is optional and can misunderstand requests. Card processing, statutory tax filing, mobile apps and shared multi-PC synchronization are not included.
Client apps require internet for first activation and a successful license check at least every seven days. Business records and AI remain local. After a confirmed refund, the license is revoked at the next successful check; an offline app can retain editing access only until its signed access period expires. Viewing existing records, exporting and backing up remain available. Restoring or changing records requires an active license.
Before sales open, each product will show the final applicable price/taxes, delivery, licence, support/update terms and cancellation or withdrawal information. Nothing here limits statutory rights.
