Simple, clear terms
Updated 15 October 2026. The program is operated by Art3DigitalOne. Applications require approval. Joining does not guarantee approval, referrals or earnings.
- Commission: 20% of the actual sale price, with no deduction for our operating costs or payment processing fees. A €150 sale earns €30. Cancelled or fully refunded sales earn no commission; partial refunds reduce commission proportionately.
- Payouts: we calculate eligible unpaid commissions at the end of each calendar month. When the balance reaches €100, we pay within the next few days. Smaller balances carry forward. Unplanned banking or payment-processing delays may add time. Any reversal of an already paid commission is recorded as an adjustment against future earnings.
- Before sales open: purchases and commission accounting are not connected yet. The dashboard currently tracks confirmed interest leads. We will publish the purchase-attribution window, eligibility timing and payout method before paid referrals begin. No commission is earned from an email signup.
- Current lead attribution: visitors must follow your referral link and sign up during that visit. We count confirmed, unexpired interest entries, separately by app. No persistent referral cookie is used. Self-referrals do not count.
- Review licenses: one product-specific key per approved account and app, for seven days from issue. Keep keys private. Review licenses are for evaluation and content creation; they are not resale licenses. Expiry or revocation leaves viewing and export available.
- Honest promotion: disclose paid relationships, use accurate claims and respect privacy. No spam, fake orders, misleading discounts or impersonation. Abuse may lead to account and review-access revocation. Questions or disputes: dgv.team@gmail.com.
